Upon subscribing to the package, the care schedule is prepared and the care plan is put in place. Our care experts then make reassurance calls everyday to the elderly and if there’s anything concerning, the next-of-kin is reported about it. The same goes with the rest of the facilities.
HOW WILL I MONITOR THAT THE CARE PLAN IS BEING FOLLOWED UP PROPERLY?
You can call on our helpline or email us or speak to your care expert at any time during the service hours and take an update. Also, a care report is shared with you every week.
WHAT IF I NEED EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE?
We do not provide emergency services, however, the whole point of the daily updates is to keep an eye on any symptoms that may arise and keep the family posted.
