Rahul has been a multi-dimensional business owner managing organizations in the spheres of real estate, import-export, finance and education. He has always had the vision of giving back to the society and with this vision he stepped into the field of healthcare launching Vesta Elder Care. With Vesta, he intends to provide uncompromised quality to the families that are looking for home-bound care for their loved ones.

Rahul has pioneered Vesta from an idea to a well-grown organization in a short span of time owing to his strong management education from City University, London and his ethics of business originate from the successful business lineage he comes from. With Vesta Elder Care, he wants to re-shape the elder care industry by making it more organized and seamless.

Heerina Misra

Heerina has been the driving force behind several initiatives taken by the Vesta Elder Care management. Being a trained psychologist and an alumnus of Jesus and Mary College, Heerina has been an indispensable advisor in every decision made by the team. Her inputs have guided the Vesta team towards a positive direction with a strong emphasis on ethical and flawless delivery of services.

Her keen eye for observing the smallest gaps in the service of the patient approaches to the emotional aspect of the organization. Her insistence on keeping the services smooth and easy for the elderly has helped Vesta take many decisions that has made the organization come closer to the clients. With her constant attempts to do something meaningful for the society each day, Vesta strives to be the best in its class.

Vinamra Shastri

Vinamra’s diverse and multi-faceted career spans over 18 years, where he has worked with reputed global organizations holding key leadership positions. Vinamra is a Market Leader with Grant Thornton (a leading global professional services firm) and is responsible for growing the firm and managing key clients and relationships. He is also mentor and advisor to a number of start-ups across the globe. His expertise lies in work related to growth advisory where he has successfully advised many companies and governments / departments on strategy and implementation to achieve their vision and growth objectives. He is also actively involved with The Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Foundation which is engaged actively in several social projects across the country.

Prateek Bhardwaj

Prateek is the COO of Vesta Elder Care. Prateek is a medical professional and has more than 15 years of exemplary services in the medical field to his credit. He joined the Vesta team at the initial stage and has taken the organization to the level where Vesta has become a name well-recognised in the field of elderly care. His passion towards helping the elderly and making life easier for them has been the North star for Vesta when it comes to objectives.

His years of experience managing tertiary care hospitals has enriched Vesta to become a service-oriented organization through the challenging competition. Prateek continues to maintain uncompromising standards of service by guiding the team towards the right direction while not losing sight of the growth. His personal attention to the smallest of the queries raised by any team member is one of the main reasons the team is so dedicated to perfection.

Ishita Bagchi

Ishita has been one of the first members to join the Vesta Elder Care team as the Head of Operations. From the first client, her insistence on being a constant support to the clients and the team has helped Vesta become the client service-oriented organization it is. Her inclination to helping the clients with complete focus has created a humble environment in the organization where every team member is allowed to present their ideas for the improvement of service.

An MBA in Human Resources with more than 10 year of industry experience, Ishita gives specific importance to keeping the services prompt where every query by the client gets rectified within the best timeline. Her dedication to the care of elderly has guided the team to consider their job as a service to the most delicate strata of the society, the elderly.
